Francis Xu has been named Director of Human Resources at the Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai, Pudong.

He joined the Four Points pre-opening team after holding the same position in the Sheraton Ningbo Hotel and before that in the Sheraton Suzhou Hotel and Towers. Previously he also worked as Executive Assistant to the General Manager in Suzhou.

Before joining the Sheraton Suzhou, Francis was the Administration Executive at the Suzhou Wugong Hotel Company and Production Coordinator at the Shenzhen Jade Animation Production Company.

Francis is the holder of a Bachelor Degree in English Language and Literature from prestigious Qindao University, and a MBA in Business Administration of the Webster University Shanghai.
