Crowne Plaza Park View Wuzhou Beijing has appointed Chris Cheng as new Executive Chef.

Originally from Hong Kong, Chef Cheng is now an Australian citizen.

With more than 27 years of working in kitchens, he had worked in several prestigious hotels under Hilton Group, Starwood Group and Accor Group throughout Australia and Asia Pacific.

His most recent position was the Executive Chef of 5-star international hotel with 932 rooms in Macau, the Hotel Lisboa Macau.
