Hunan's Huatian Hotel has signed a contract to manage the Changsha VaYa International Hotel, a 5-star hotel in Changsha.

The term of the contract is 10 years and Huatian Hotel will earn 3% of the hotel's annual turnover.

Huatian Hotel has also signed another contract, authorizing Yueyang Jindu Hotel to operate with the Huatian brand. Huatian will send staff to assist in Yueyang Jindu's management.
