The InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong has appointed Sandra Tang as Director of Catering and Conferences.

Tang joins the hotel from the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong where she held the position of Director of Sales – Conferences, Meetings and Banquets.

Over the past number of years Tang has gained extensive experience with prestigious 5-star hotels such as the Ritz Carlton and JW Marriott in Hong Kong. A business studies graduate of Hawaii Pacific University, Tang brings with her over 10 years in-depth industry experience which will be an invaluable asset to the hotel.
