Richard Shen has been appointed by Sofitel Plaza Xiamen as Executive Chef.

With more than 20 years experiences in kitchen, Shen had worked in several outstanding hotels throughout Asia Pacific.

Shen has vast culinary experiences which were accumulated from his education and career. He graduated from Disney University U.S.A with a Doctorate in Resort Studies.

Shen's most recent position was in the Sofitel on Renmin Square Xi'an as Executive Sous Chef, when he opened 3 hotels under the Accor Group.
