The Guangdong Provincial and Foshan Municipal Travel Star-Grade Hotel Assessment Commission have conferred a four-star designation on the New Sunshine Hotel.

This is the third four-star hotel in the Nanshan District and the first privately-run four-star hotel of the area.

The New Sunshine Hotel has been upgraded from the original Sunshine Hotel. It has involved a total investment of more than RMB80 million and consists 116 guest rooms. It is a modern commercial hotel that combines food, accommodation, entertainment and health and fitness.

Located at the border area of Guangzhou and Nanhai, the hotel features great development potential now that it enjoys the client source of both Guangzhou and Foshan.
