Jinling Hotels and Resorts is planning the opening next month of Zijin Resort Nanjing.

On March 19, 2006, Xie Guoqing, Chairman of Nanjing Huangma Real Estate signed a management contract with Hu Ming, Chairman of Jinling Hotels and Resorts Corporation.

Zijin Resort Nanjing is designed as an exclusive resort and is financed by Nanjing State-owned Assets Investment and Management Holding Co., Ltd.

Zijin Resort Nanjing, Phase One development includes 184 deluxe rooms in 12 buildings. The total area of construction consists of 35,000 square meters. Modern facilities for catering, conference, and entertainment needs are also available, providing state-of-the art technology and support.
