Champagne Jacquesson proprietaire Michael Mackenzie visited Yantai Changyu Wine Company last week and has agreed to distribute a limited number of their fine Champagnes with Changyu's new foreign liquor distribution branch Pioneer International.

Since hosting representatives of Changyu Wine at their Champagne House in France during a recent European tour, Champagne Jacquesson and Changyu have developed strong ties which culminated in the recent China visit and distribution agreement.

Michael Mackenzie was impressed with the Changyu Group's operations and their vision of the future and both parties are looking forward to a long successful relationship and many exquisite new types of champagne in China.

Pioneer International was established in January 2006 and has been actively scouting the world for fine wines and liqueurs to represent in the Chinese market.

With a view to becoming the largest distributor of foreign liquor in China within the next few years, Pioneer International has appointed a number of foreign wine experts and sales and marketing managers who better understand international products.
