Three New Staff For Westin

The Westin Beijing, Financial Street has just announced three new staff to executive positions at the hotel that is situated on the western side of China's capital city.

Jason Coker was appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing of the Hotel. Previous to this appointment, Coker was Director of Global Sales at Starwood Melbourne Global Sales Office, where he was awarded as Winner of sales leader of 2004 for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Asia Pacific. Before that, he was Area Director of Revenue Management, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Asia Pacific. Coker has working experience in the Sydney Olympic Broadcasting Organization in 1998 – 2000.

Bernhard Alexander Langer takes the position as Director of Food and Beverage of the hotel. Prior to moving to Beijing, Langer was Director of Food and Beverage at Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort. With 18 years working experience in Hotel industry, especially 3-year success in The Westin Shanghai, Langer brings his creativity and innovation to present a completely new dining experience at The Westin Beijing.

Wilsom Lum Kok Yew was appointed Director of Rooms after his success in the position of Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms at The Westin Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Since Lum started his hotel career in 1984, he has worked in various positions in Room Division in different hotels and gained rich experience. Lum will focus on delivering the excellence of Westin service to the guests.
