Philippe Bignens has become the new Food and Beverage Manager at Crowne Plaza Suzhou.

A Swiss national with 10 years experience in food and beverage operations, Bignens brings with him a wealth of international experience gathered from his previous postings with the Geneva Intercontinental Hotel, Singapore Raffles Hotel, Vietnam Hilton Hanoi Opera, USA Ritz-Carlton Sarasota, and Qatar Ritz-Carlton.

Bignens has been in China for three years, working for the Shanghai JW Marriott and Shenyang Intercontinental and Holiday Inn.
