Crowne Plaza Fudan Shanghai recently hosted the 1st Mezzanine Wine Bar event with 70 wine enthusiasts attending. Hotel General Manager Christophe Lajus delivered a welcome address and announced the hotel would host a monthly wine event in the Mezzanine Wine Bar every first Friday of the month featuring many different wines from vineyards around the world. A variety of wines were accompanied by canapes especially prepared by Executive Chef Anders Hallden with selected seafood accompanied by a live jazz performance.
