Hainan Province has signed an agreement to develop tourism facilities at Qingshui Bay for RMB13 billion.

According to the agreement, Agile Property is entitled to develop 15000 mu of the land in 10 years, including basic facilities, two 5-star hotels, real estate and other installations.

This is one of the largest travel projects that the province has developed in recent years.

Located in Lingshui Li Minority Country, Qingshui Bay is adjacent to the famous scenic spot Sanya. It will be invested in by Guangdong Agile Property Holdings Limited.

The Qingshui Bay project has been listed as one of the main construction projects during the Eleventh 5-Year Plan Period by the Hainan Provincial Government.
