Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center announced the appointment of Peter Schlatter as Director of Food and Beverage.

Schlatter gained his hotel education from the Swiss Hotel Management School in Luzern, Switzerland.

He comes with many years of solid experience in the food and beverage operations, and worked previously in Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Algeria, as well as several countries in Asia, including South Korea, Malaysia and the Philippines. Now he joins us from the Grand Hilton in Seoul.

A Swiss national, Schlatter speaks German, English, French and some basic Italian.
