Jin Jiang Hotels has appointed Francis Lai as General Manager of the new 5-star Yongchuan Min Hao Jin Jiang International Hotel in Chongqing.

Prior to joining Jin Jiang Hotels, Lai enjoyed more than 20 years' working experience in the hotel industry and has held the post of General Manager at various hotels since 1999. He has worked with the Shangri-La Group, as well as the Renaissance brand and has experience in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Huadu, Shanghai and Chongqing.

Lai is originally from Hong Kong and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

The Yongchuan Min Hao Jin Jiang International Hotel will open in late 2006.
