Swissotel has signed an agreement with Foshan Heng'an Real Estate to manage a 208-room hotel development in Foshan.

Scheduled for completion in mid 2008, the Swissotel Foshan will occupy 13 levels of the 50-level Foshan International Plaza, a mixed-use development comprising retail shops, offices, apartments and hotel. Expected to be the tallest building in Foshan city when completed, the multi-use complex is ideally located at the junction of Fenjiang West Road and Chengmentou West Road in the heart of the city's business district.

Positioned as a deluxe tier business hotel, Swissotel Foshan will have 208 rooms and suites, four dining outlets, an Executive Club Lounge and conference and meeting facilities. Targeting pre-dominantly at business travellers, the hotel is situated in the heart of the city's business centre near Zoumiao Commercial District and Fenjiang Financial District.
