HNA Hotels Management Company has signed a cooperation agreement with Pana Pacific Travel in Haikou to combine booking resources.

According to the agreement, the parties will jointly create a powerful marketing network system and build an advanced booking system oriented at international individual travelers for HNA Hotels Group.

A representative from HNA Hotels Group told local media that it will make use of Pana Pacific Travel's international travel transaction platform to provide real-time booking and confirmation for each of affiliated hotels and will promote their brand awareness and improve their competitiveness in the global market.

Pana Pacific Travel is a foreign company based in Shanghai and it says it is also the first travel corporation that was solely invested in by a foreign company in China. Its business covers flight tickets booking, business trips, conference reception and other services surrounding tourism.
