In a step aimed at developing a hotel chain, Preess Resort & Hotel has signed a contract with Xiangtan Hongrun Investment Limited Company to manage the Zhong Rong Hotel that will open in May 2007 in Hunan.

Preess Zhong Rong Hotel will be located in Xiangtan's central business district. With a total investment of RMB110 million, it will be a 19-storey building combining shopping, hotel and entertainment. Covering 36,700 square meters, it will be a 4-star hotel that can offer more than 300 rooms.

According to the contract, Preess will manage the hotel for 10 years, and Xiangtan Hongrun will cover all management fees.

Since its first hotel opening in Changsha two years ago, Preess has already created their brand for chain hotel expansion. Liu Hong, general manager of Preess Resort & Hotel, said that they will develop chain hotels in the future, and they are planning to manage 10 hotels in the coming years.
