Kenneth Ng has been appointed the new Director of Food and Beverage by Sofitel Plaza Xiamen.

Ng has about 30 years experience within the hospitality industry. At the beginning of his career, Ng spent 17 years in Hong Kong and was then based in mainland China for another 13 years. Prior to this position, he was the Director of Food and Beverage of Grand Oriental Hotel and Sheraton Dongguan Hotel. With the rich experience and expertise in culinary industry, Kenneth’s appointment will be a valuable asset for Sofitel Plaza Xiamen.

Ng will be responsible for monitoring all outlets' operations and services to improve department performance.
