Beijing Sunshine Holiday Plaza's New Ziyang Hotel is preparing to open next month as a four-star hotel.

Located in Beijing's Zhongguancun area, it is opposite the National Library and has a total construction area of nearly 20,000 square meters, with a total investment of over RMB100 million.

New Ziyang has more than 240 rooms, including dining facilities catering to Chinese and Western tastes.

The hotel management company dates back to 1990, when the Fuzhou Ziyang Seafood House was founded in Fuzhou. From that restaurant developed a thriving tourism business and this New Ziyang Hotel in Beijing is the company's first foray into China's capital city.
