Sofitel Silver Plaza Jinan Hotel has made three new appointments to its management staff.

Xiao Ben Xun has been appointed as the new Director of Engineering. The China Hospitality Association has awarded him the title of Senior Engineer and he has been engaged in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. He has also held a similar position in Shangri-La Group and Gloria Inn Group for about 10 years and has extensive experience in the opening and preparation of the hotel.

Yang Wei Ping has been appointed as the Director of Rooms at the hotel. He graduated from Xi'an Jiao Tong University and was awarded a Certificate of Business Administration by Washington State University in the U.S. in 1999. He has been engaged in the hospitality industry for over 10 years and once worked as FO Manager and Director of Rooms in Shangri-La Group and other domestic five-star hotels.

Sun Xun is the hotel's new Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing. Sun graduated from Shandong Normal University and has worked in many Sofitel Hotels managed by Accor Hospitality Management Group such as Sofitel Silver Plaza Jinan, Sofitel Boao Hotel, and Sofitel Xanadu Resort Hangzhou.
