Shangri-La Golden Flower, Xian has appointed Uist Tang as the new Executive Sous Chef.

Tang , a Singapore national, has extensive international dining operations experience. In the past he had been invited to China for Singapore cuisine food promotions many times. He is fluent in English, Hokkien, Hakka, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Prior to joining Shangri-La Golden Flower, Xian, he was the Executive Chef of Crown Plaza Nanjing Hotel & Suites.
