Toby Huang has been appointed to the position of Financial Controller for Kempinski Hotel Shenyang.

A native of Chongqing, Huang was recently Financial Controller of the Novotel Oasis Beijing. In addition, Huang was part of the opening team of the sister property in Kempinski Hotel Dalian.
