Chongqing Puhui Developing Property Company says it will invest RMB980 million to renovate the Haitang Xiaoyue Hot Spring Resort.

The project is planned to be completed at the end of 2007, and they will add a 5-star hot spring hotel into the resort.

Haitang Xiaoyue is a top hot spring destination in Chongqing. Zeng Lipu, the general manager of Puhui, says that they will upgrade those facilities for the hot spring, to make it a world-class destination that will be promoted to inbound tourists. The entire renovation covers nearly 180,000 sqm.
