Crowne Plaza Nanjing Hotel & Suites has appointed Ralf Schumacher as the new Executive Chef.

Schumacher, a German national with over twenty years of culinary and dining operations experience from various international hotel chains, has previously worked in Germany, Egypt, Dubai and China. He is fluent in English, German and can also speak a little Chinese.

Prior to joining Crowne Plaza Nanjing Hotel & Suites, he was the Executive Chef of an international golf resort in Egypt.
