Akai Chan has recently appointed as the Executive Chef at Mercure Suzhou Park Hotel & Suites.

Chan is from Hong Kong and brings with him many years of professional kitchen management experience. Prior to joining Accor, he served as Executive Chef for over 20 years for several famous hotel chains like New World, Marco Polo and Peninsula groups.
