Sheraton Dongguan Hotel has announced two new management team appointments.

Victoria Ngian has joined Sheraton Dongguan Hotel as Rooms Division Manager. For the past 13 years, she has held various positions in Front Office Operations at Westin Stamford Singapore, Conrad International Hong Kong, The Sentosa Resort & Spa, Sheraton Towers Singapore and the Pan Pacific Singapore. Her previous experience   included pre-opening of Conrad Centennial Singapore and St Gregory Spa.

The hotel has a new Italian Chef, Alberto Rastelletti from Italy, and he will be in charge of the restaurant's menu planning. Rastelletti started his culinary career in 1982 and he has 24 years of experience in menu planning in Hilton Hotels Group, Hyatt Hotels Group and Starwood Hotel Group.
