After several months of negotiations, SGF Hotel International Management Company has signed a letter of intent with Joy Hotels & Property Management Company.

Both sides say this new alliance will bring great benefits to both parties' future business development and build on future potential cooperation. With this alliance, with Joy provides a foundation for SGF to broaden its business development into China's northwest region.

Joy was established in May 1999 and mainly deals in management and consulting for star-rated hotels and high-level properties.
