Tianlun International Hotels has signed an agreement with Tianjin Jinbin Investment Management Company to manage Tianjin Jinbin Hotel.

Located in Heping District, Tianjin, Tianjin Jinbin Hotel is a four-star business hotel that offers 255 rooms. It is scheduled to open in July 2007.

Managing Tianjin Jinbin Hotel will lay down a strong foundation for Tianlun International Hotels' further expansion in Beijing and Tianjin areas. The company currently has properties in this area, and with the arrival of the Beijing Olympics in 2008, companies like Tianlun are eyeing the lucrative market.
