Presidential Plaza Beijing has signed a contract with Beijing Ji Xing De Yi Investment Company to manage the Beijing State Guest Ji Xing De Yi Hotel on the outskirts of the capital city.

The hotel covers 7000 square meters of 80 guestrooms, including standard rooms, business rooms, premier rooms, and presidential suites.

State Guest Friendship International Hotel Management Company's Executive Vice President George Liu said, "Daxing, as one of the outskirt districts, brings great opportunity for economic development of this area. Our main target consumers are government and businessmen including the VIP guests at Long Xi Wen  Quan Golf Course. I believe State Guest Ji Xing De Yi Hotel will be very successful and become a shining star of this area with the effort of SGF."

Established in September 2002, Beijing State Guest Friendship International Hotel Management Company is a joint venture invested by Beijing CIIC Group Company Ltd and Friendship Hotels Group. The Friendship Hotel Group has more than 20 hotels located in all the major cities throughout China. In China's capital city of Beijing, SGF has its two flagship hotels, the State Guest Presidential Plaza Hotel and the Beijing Friendship Hotel.

The company will send out a management team led by a General Manager to be responsible for the total operation of the hotel, including start-up management, design consulting, market research, feasibility studies, site visits, technical services and consultant management.

Beijing State Guest Ji Xing De Yi Hotel will open in October 2007.
