Renaissance Yangtze Shanghai Hotel's General Manager, Rauf Malik, has recently received the "Best General Manager 2006 Award" from Shanghai Jinjiang International Hotels in acknowledgment of his outstanding managerial performance in 2006. Since his arrival one year ago, Malik has achieved a full turnaround for the hotel resulting in higher profits and overall greater employee and guest satisfaction. In addition, his introduction of new and innovative F&B ideas resulted in several high-profile events throughout the year.
