Didier Saugy has been appointed by Sofitel Silver Plaza Jinan Hotel as the new executive chef.

Saugy has been engaged in the hospitality industry for more than twenty years and has broad experience in kitchen management. He once worked as the executive chef in the Novotel Hotel and several international hotels in Australia.
