At a special celebratory event held in the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Lisboa in Macau, thirteen members of Grand Lisboa staff were recognized for their top quality performance in their work. Assessed under five different sets of criteria, the staff members were nominated by their direct superiors to receive the Premium Service Awards.
