Richard Anthony Evans has been newly appointed as assistant general manager of Skyway Landis Hotel Shanghai.

In this new position, Evans will oversee all aspects of food and beverage, marketing communications and security, providing strategic guidance and vision. Prior to this position, Evans was the resident manager of pre-opening team of Portman Plaza Hotel, Ningbo, China. Specializing in food and beverage, Evans brings with him extensive operational and management expertise including a wealth of specialist skills.

Originally from Ireland, Evans has been working in the hospitality industry for around 20 years and has held the senior executive positions in the hotels such as Shangri-La and Accor Sofitel.
