Stan Chau has been newly appointed as director of finance and administration by Sofitel Plaza Xiamen.

Chau graduated with honor from University of London and worked for Peninsula Hotel Group, Star Cruises and many other hotel groups, where he enriched himself in financial management. Prior to this post, Chau was the assistant controller of Novotel Citygate Hong Kong. He has more than 20 years hotel accounting expertise.
