Le Club Prosper Montagné has been founded in 1950 to promote and defend the culinary arts. It ensures the preservation of know-how generation after generation. Since 1951 Club Prosper Montagné awards every year one talented Chef and the trophy is today considered as one of the most prestigious, not only in France, but in all of Europe.
