Ronald Ho Chi Wai has been appointed the new director of finance of the Shanghai Marriott Hotel Hongqiao.

Originally from Hong Kong, he holds Master degrees from the University of Bradford, UK and the University of Birmingham, UK. Wai has had 18 years of experience in the hotel industry, beginning his career in 1989 with Marriott International and Hong Kong's JW Marriott Hotel. Since then he has worked in the Finance Department of numerous hotels around China, previously serving as the Director of Finance of the Sanya Marriott Resort & Spa.
