Greentown Real Estate Group Company has signed with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts for the Wenzhou Greentown project.

Wenzhou Greentown, a property developed by Greentown Group, is a modern complex that combines shopping, residences, offices and a hotel managed by Hyatt. In particular, the hotel within the complex will be a luxury five-star hotel in Zhejiang Province. Greentown Group acquired the land at the end of 2006 for RMB3.33 billion.

Greentown Group is one of the most famous real estate companies in China. Set up in 1995, it is a wholly-owned company of the Hong Kong listed Greentown China Holding Company.
