Gloria Hotels & Resorts has promoted Fiona Shi to the role of group assistant director of sales and marketing.

Shi joined Gloria Hotels & Resorts in 2004 as the group marketing manager and previously worked at Gloria Plaza Hotel Beijing. She has had extensive experience in sales and marketing and has hospitality background from Switzerland. In her new role, Shi will be overseeing the implementation of the sales and marketing strategies of Gloria Hotels & Resorts.
