According to local media, Chongqing HNA Hotel Investment Company of HNA Hotels & Resorts Group has finally signed a transfer agreement with Chongqing Post Company for the Hongdu Hotel.

The Hongdu Hotel will being taken over by Chongqing HNA Hotel Investment Company and will be rebranded as an HNA Hotel. HNA Hotels & Resorts Group is reportedly the third largest hotel management group in China, owning 34 hotels located in major domestic cities and managing RMB4 billion in capital.

Hongdu Hotel is a three-star hotel originally owned by Chongqing Post Company. This past April, it  was publicly sold for RMB74,085,100 on the Shanghai United Assets And Equity Exchange by HNA.
