The Wujiang Wudu Hotel intends to sell 100% of its shares for CNY71 million.

The hotel is located on the Yongkang Road within the core business circle of Wujiang, and is positioned as a three-star foreign-oriented hotel. It covers a total construction area of 15,613 square meters and consists of four parts including a 15-story main building and a five story attached building.

Wujiang Wudu Hotel has 136 suites of different styles. All rooms are equipped with central air-conditioning, broadband Internet access, satellite TV, and DDD. The hotel also has 21 Chinese and Western restaurants, two ballrooms, a business center, four meeting rooms of different sizes, a shopping center, and other entertainment facilities.

Wujiang City is located at the south of Jiangsu, 80 kilometers from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. According to local media, the city welcomed five million domestic and overseas tourists in 2007 and the occupancy rate across all of its hotels averaged over 75% through the year.
