Country Garden Builds Five-star Standard Hotel In Shenyang

The Hunhe New City of Shenyang welcomed a new five-star standard hotel built with an investment of more than CNY100 million by Country Garden.

The Sujiatun Country Garden Phoenix Hotel, Shenyang is also the first hotel built to five-star standards in Hunhe New City. It is a part of the project of Country Garden Phoenix City located in the Sujiatun, Hunnan District, which is the second project Country Garden has developed in Shenyang. The hotel has more than 100 deluxe guestrooms, multifunctional meeting rooms, Chinese and Western restaurants, as well as fitness and entertainment facilities.

Country Garden is an integrated property developer in China focusing on property projects and it also develops and manages hotels within some of its projects. Currently, Country Garden has opened two hotels with five-star qualifications, five built to five-star level and one at four-star level. The group said that the number of hotels in its portfolio is expected to be more than 30 in the next five years.
