柯伟松先生来自荷兰，曾在荷兰莱瓦顿的酒店管理学校学习，他大部分的职业生涯都在亚洲及欧洲度过。他曾在雅高酒店集团任职七年，也曾在洲际酒店集团及费尔蒙莱佛士酒店集团任职。
