CNTA: China Becomes The World's Fourth Largest Host Country

Du Jiang, vice director of China National Tourism Administration, has announced that China has become the world's fourth largest host country for international tourists and the largest source market for tourists in the Asia region.

Du said that in recent years, the growing tourism industry in China provided a good market environment for tourism enterprises. Meanwhile, the domestic tourism industry is rapidly growing with regards to tourism revenues, the number of inbound tourists, and the size of tourism enterprises.

To strengthen the China market, CNTA has said that it will reinforce the cooperation with large international travel companies in jointly expanding in the tourism market and will continue to support foreign invested travel service companies operating in China.
