Conifer Hotels & Resorts To Enter Hainan Qixianlin

Conifer Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Hainan Qixin Hotspring Development Company to open the largest super five-star resort in the Qixianling tropical rainforest area of Hainan.

With planned area of 620 mu and construction area of over 40,000 square meters, there will be more than 200 grand private villas with pools and a luxury resort with 200 guestrooms. Built according to five-star hotel standards, the hotel layout includes a boutique resort, VIP spa guestrooms, Villas, spa zone, and a convention center.

It is reported that the project will form a new tour and entertainment resort, helping to promote local tourism. At present, the property owner has set up a sales office in Sanya which is located opposite Phoenix Island. The opening ceremony is scheduled in the tourism peak season of mid December this year.
