Accor has appointed two new managers to the executive team of the Novotel Peace Beijing.

Daniel Chao has been appointed as general manager of the Novotel Peace Beijing. Coming from a background in food and beverage, Chao has worked for Accor since 1999 in a variety of countries, including Mauritania, Saudi Arabia, Guadeloupe, France, Malta and Tunisia. Prior to this appointment he came to China in March 2008 to open the Novotel Beijing Sanyuan.

Peter Zhang has been appointed as director of sales and marketing of the Novotel Peace Beijing. He has more than nine years sales and marketing experience in the hospitality industry with luxury international hotels such as InterContinental Hotels Group and Shangri-La Hotels Group. Prior to joining the Novotel Peace Beijing, Zhang was the director of sales of Sofitel Wanda Beijing.
