Eka Ananta has been appointed resident manager of InterContinental Beijing Beichen with responsibility for hotel strategic planning, sales and marketing, and revenue management as well as operations of rooms and security.

Ananta has 16 years experience in the hospitality industry having held various prominent positions in a number of major international hotels in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang, Singapore, Bangkok, and Bali. Prior to this appointment, he was the director of sales and marketing of the Regent Beijing and Park Plaza Wangfujing Beijing.
