Air China has launched an online inquiry service to help passengers locate lost luggage.
According to a representative from Air China, the online service will facilitate passengers' inquiries about their lost luggage. Passengers can submit a report about their lost luggage through the online platform. Air China's staff will then send information about the luggage via SMS to the passengers, advising them about the status of the luggage.
Before this service was initiated, passengers mainly relied on telephone calls or fax messages to communicate with Air China about their luggage.
