Jade Woon has been promoted to the post of director of sales and marketing at Sheraton Shanghai Hongqiao Hotel.

Woon is an experienced hotelier and a green belt in Six Sigma who collaborated with the operations' executive committee to execute operational excellence support in The Westin Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She previously served as deputy DOSM during the absence of DOSM at the hotel. She is known for her expertise with wine.
