New World Mayfair Hotel Shanghai recently appointed of Jessica Lu as director of sales and marketing.

She graduated from Bournmouth University, United Kingdom, and received a master's degree in tourism and hospitality management. Before she joined New World Mayfair Hotel Shanghai, she had almost 10 years working experience with Crowne Plaza Fudan Shanghai as both DOSM and director of sales and with Pudong Shangri-La Hotel Shanghai as director of business development and senior sales manager.
