China Eastern Airlines has launched a business trip management platform for its corporate clients.
The platform is tailor-made for corporate clients of China Eastern, and is based on the latest e-business platform and the airline's global air route network. It combines customer backend administration, online booking tools, telephone support, and API tools. It is said to be a first in China's aviation sector, and also a key product for China Eastern to set up sustainable strategic partnerships with corporate clients.
